Rosemary DiDio Brehm

For the last 30 years, I have been working with large and small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals to help them improve their business performance and achieve their goals. Like all of you, my focus has shifted over the years based on my clients’ needs.

After getting a Masters in Library Science and working as a Library Media Specialist, my first shift resulted in a Certificate in Training & Development so I could bring Leadership, Professional Development, and Communication skills to a range of clients and continue to do so today.

When my clients needed to collaborate successfully, I became certified as a Professional Facilitator (International Association of Facilitators) specializing in group process skills. Today, I work with organizations to help them build their strategic plans; I provide peer advisory facilitation; and I keep meetings and teams productive, conflict-competent, and on track.

For the last three years, my clients have requested help with strategic business development and growth, so I again shifted my focus to helping business succeed and grow. Through those efforts, I was invited to become a Founding Certified Partner with The Whale Hunters organization – which is a strategic business development consulting company helping clients land bigger deals with bigger customers.

I offer both Whale Hunting and turningpoints2results workshops and consulting services to organizations and individuals looking to accelerate their growth potential.

My husband Bill (President of Affordable Displays -a display manufacturing company) and I live and work in Clearwater, FL. We have two wonderful daughters. I serve as Leadership Chair for the Board of Directors for the Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies at Saint Leo University.
