About Rosemary DiDio Brehm, CPF, Founder and President
Rosemary founded turningpoints2results to improve collaboration, communication, leadership, and team results within organizations and businesses. She is a professional facilitator and organizational strategist who consults, trains, writes, and speaks about organizational improvement with a particular focus on helping organizations leverage their turning point opportunities.
Rosemary works with her clients to create and implement organizational and team improvement strategies.
With over 25 years consulting experience, Rosemary works with small businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations. A partial client list includes: American Management Association, Bellsouth, Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Tampa, BioStat International, Electric Supply Incorporated, Florida Blood Services Foundation, Florida Society of Clinical Oncologists, Holt Learning, Information Mapping, Inc., JPMorgan Chase, MetLife, Suncoast Alzheimer’s and Gerontology Center, WBENC, and Xerox Learning Systems. Prior to opening her consulting practice, Rosemary was Manager of Training at Lechmere, Inc. ($800 million retailer in Massachusetts).
Rosemary is the Facilitator for the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Women Presidents’ Organization; a contributing writer for Bay Area Business Magazine (BABM); an MBA FAST START Facilitator and Leadership Coach with the University of Tampa.; She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators; the Senior HRD Forum; American Society of Training and Development; and The OD SIG. She is on the Board of the Center for Catholic Jewish Studies at St. Leo University.
She is certified as a Professional Facilitator by The International Association of Facilitators and is a certified Information Mapping Instructor. Rosemary holds a Certificate in Training and Development from New York University and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the State University of NY at Geneseo.
